Our master clinicians in both physical and occupational therapy integrate the latest strategies based on musculoskeletal, neuroscience and rehabilitation research to optimize the function and quality of life for our patients. Our goal is to keep you active and healthy, treat you with courtesy, compassion and respect!

 

We are active in community service with mentorship programs for our local high school and college and for those who are interested in health care as a career. We are also a clinical education site for PT and OT Students.

Therapy
  • Physical Therapy-The experts at analysis of your current functional status and movement, the source of pain or dysfunction and what it will take for you to recover   following illness, injury, debility from aging and post-surgery. We can also help you optimize your function for your hobbies and sports. 

  • Occupational Therapy-Our therapists provide expert analysis of limitations that are interfering with the quality of your life and devise a plan using treatment and education in use of assistive devices to improve your quality of life. 

  • Hand Certified Therapy-Our certified hand specialists have mastered the science of hand function for recovery following injury, surgery and disease complications. Preventing loss of function may involve special compensation strategies or splinting to your custom needs. 

  • Aquatic Therapy-Using water as a medium for therapeutic treatment is often the answer for treating injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, pre-surgical conditioning, weight loss, and active rest when recovering from sports injuries. No swimming skills required.

Workers Compensation Programs
  • Injured Worker Rehabilitation-Rehabilitation of the injured worker to return to previous work or to physical capacity to regain other employment.

  • Functional Capacity Evaluation-Determining the workers capacity to return to the demands of work, or assessing the disabled worker status. 

  • Pre Work Screening-Testing to a specific set of physical capacity requirements for a pre-determined job for job readiness.

  • Work Conditioning-Aggressive conditioning to the specific physical demands of work. 

  • Job Site Assessment-Analysis in the work place to determine the cause of ongoing pain/injury and developing strategies to improve and prevent further injury.

Specialties
  • Sports Rehabilitation-Recovering your ability to participate in your favorite sport may require the expertise of a movement specialist who can identify the issues and correct them. Our certified athletic trainers understand injury and your passion to return to your sport. You need us on your team. 

  • Pediatric-Orthopedic rehabilitation, development delay, sensory integration.

  • Pulmonary Rehabilitation-The quality of life for patients dealing with lung disorders is quickly robbed due to fatigue and shortness of breath. The deconditioning that follows prevents you from living the life you want. This program brings back a feeling of control and quality through education, breathing retraining, energy conservation training and strengthening the musculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory systems. 

  • Vestibular Rehabilitation-Loss of balance and dizziness can begin to define how you live and isolate you from participating in your life and interests. You don’t have to accept this. Our specialized programs can access the issues, design effective treatment programs and work with you until you regain control. 

  • Incontinence-Men and Women- you can gain/regain control of this isolating condition that may be due to weakness or disease to allow participation in your life to the fullest. 

  • Orthotics-Semi-custom orthotics that fit in your footwear. Designed to treat and correct various biomechanical disorders by improving alignment, reducing pain that allows function and exercise. 

Geriatric Rehabilitation
  • Parkinson-Feeling depressed or unsafe with everyday activities? Specialized training allows the practitioner to guide you through effective exercises and management skills to give the control back to you. 

  • Alzheimer's/Dementia-Early Intervention and education can minimize loss and help the individual living with significant health problems as well as assist those who care for them through education and training. 

  • Fall Proof-Engaging staff help you regain your balance, and maintain your balance status through education, training, and exercise specifically designed to integrate body systems that control balance.
