In this uniquely designed 8 session class each participant will learn how to exercise in the standing position and while using a balance stick for assistance. During this class everyone will learn how to safely get up and down from the floor - just in case of a fall. This class is offered every month and is certainly for those who want to advance their level of exercise.

Classes will consist of warm up exercises standing while using a balance stick. Members must be able ascend and descend stairs since the class will be held upstairs.

There will be drop in time at the gym for supervised instructions.
