In this class each participant will learn how to perform a full body exercise program while sitting in and utilizing a chair. Everyone will learn a variety of strength, flexibility, and balance exercises during each session, tailored to their individual needs. Each class lasts about 45 minutes and this class is offered every month. This is a great class for beginners!

Classes will consist of warm up exercises both sitting and standing while using the chair for balance. Then there will be strengthening again both seated and standing.

Stretching, balance activities and Handouts will be included.
